Merlutti.com offers a variety of shipping options, Standard Delivery (with FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for US customers), Express Delivery, International Delivery, and US Postal Service. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
Standard & Express Delivery options available. A $10.00 surcharge will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands and may take extra delivery time. Orders to APO/FPO will be shipped USPS and may take extra delivery time.

You will receive your purchase through Standard Delivery or US Postal Service within 2 to 5 business days from the date your order is processed. The processing time may take up to 72 hrs depending on the time the order was placed but item will be received within 5 business days.
You will receive your Express Delivery within 1-2 business days from the date that your order is processed. The processing time may take up to 48hrs depending on the time the order was placed.
You will receive your expedited delivery the next day that your order is processed. The processing time may take up to 24hrs depending on the time the order was placed.
Every order is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each item is checked individually by hand before we package it to be sent to you.
For each shipping method there is a processing time. Normally it takes 24 to 72hrs for the item(s) to travel from the warehouse to the shipping department where it is usually dispatched immediately.
In some rare cases (Express and Overnight) we may immediately dispatched a special carrier to the warehouse to retrieve the item and dispatch it sooner (within 24hrs). In this case the transport fee is deducted from the shipping fee, the method may change but the item will still be received within the time frame promised.
Delivery times are determined based on order processing; and packing time required (typically 12-72 hours), plus shipment time required. These are only estimates.

Therefor, we recommend that you carefully and accurately check your order, including size, color and quantity before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart on the product page. However, If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you.

14 Days Return Warranty
Please contact within 14 days of receiving your item. Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: wrong order, obvious color difference, major difference between the product images and the product received stains, ripped or torn, poor quality materials. If you experience the above product issues, please contact us immediately at our support center.
Wrong Size, Missing items or partial delivery
Different brands and manufacturers can produce items that have minor size differences. Please be sure to check the size chart carefully before ordering. We will consider the item’s size is incorrect if 2 sizes difference between the received item’s measurements and those indicated on the product page.
The product is fine but I don’t want it anymore
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to contact us. If you return the item for an exchange or refund you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways. We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified for a return.
- All returns must first be approved by us. When approved, you will be provided with an return authorization (RA) number. Returned items without RA form will not be accepted.
